Bobcat of Northern Virginia, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., selling, renting and servicing industry leading Bobcat compact construction equipment, has an immediate opening for a Service Manager Our ideal candidate will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department Manage and support a team of skilled technicians Coordinate with customers to schedule and ensure timely service Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed Maintain and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency

Requirements:
