Priority 1 Plumbing & Drain Services/Clear Choice Water Treatment has an immediate opening for a Customer Relationship Manager. The person who fills this important role in our company will serve as our first contact with new customers and a familiar person for returning clients. In this position you will support Team Members to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities for this position include:

Handle incoming customer phone calls and schedule appointments - delivering an exceptional customer experience Interface with the technicians regarding jobs, follow-ups and support Weekly status reporting, account reconciliation, generating estimates, etc. Applying for applicable permits and arranging inspections as needed Desired skills and experience: Excellent written and oral communication skills Prior experience answering phones in a customer service setting - prefer a candidate with trade office experience - Plumbing, HVAC, Electric Self-starter with desire to learn about plumbing and water treatment trades Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Experience with the use of various forms of social media Service Titan experience a plus Expected hours: 40.0 per week
