Account Manager Job Description/Responsibilities :

Answer phones and assist clients Quote and bind insurance policies Handle incoming and outgoing mail Process payments Scan documents Update agency management system Maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

High school diploma Virginia or NC P&C Insurance License Proficient in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, CRM, email and internet Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy Outstanding customer service skills Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills Exceptional communication skills We offer attractive, competitive compensation with paid vacation, personal days and opportunity to grow.
