Account Executive & Project Coordinator - Kennewick, WA We are seeking a driven, organized, and self-motivated professional to join our commercial sign company in Kennewick, WA. This hybrid role blends proactive outside sales , inbound account management , and meticulous project coordination to oversee sign projects from initial handshake to final installation. The ideal candidate brings a proven sales track record and the ability to work completely independently in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
Outside Sales (Commissioned) : Proactively prospect, network, and close deals for custom commercial signage throughout the Tri-Cities area. Inbound Order Taking (Non-Commissioned) : Answer incoming office calls, consult with walking clients, and process standard sign orders seamlessly.
Project Coordination :
Bridge the gap between sales and production. Once a deal is finalized, you will manage production timelines, coordinate with fabricators/installers, and ensure all structural, design, and client specifications are met on time.
Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and handling post-sale client satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience (experience in B2B sales, construction, or the sign/printing industry is highly preferred).
Autonomy :
A true self-starter who can effectively manage their own schedule, prioritize tasks, and work independently without constant supervision.
Organizational Skills :
Exceptional project management abilities with a sharp eye for detail to handle multiple sign production timelines simultaneously.
Communication :
Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client-facing sales pitches and internal coordination with the production team.
Valid Driver's License :
Required for traveling to client sites, on-site consultations, and territory building around Kennewick.
