Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Assist in merchandising efforts, ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for satisfactory resolutions. Create equipment work orders for our services/repairs. Contact customers in a timely manner with updates about their equipment. Schedule service appointments for in-shop and in-field repair work. Oversee operations for our Pasco service department. Occasional equipment delivery and pick-up. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques. Provide an eligible driving record.
