As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating our in-field movers. This individual is also accountable to provide operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. This is a core role within

TrueNorth Moving Company Duties:

• Ability to lift 100lbs+ in adverse weather conditions
• Must have an active drivers license and reliable transportation
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to meet customer needs
• Administrative tasks: filling out post job reports and vehicle maintenance logs
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring smooth workflow
• Provide feedback on new hires and general team performance to management
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries or complaints

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in shift management and prioritizing tasks
