As the Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for: Ensuring customer service and high quality products are delivered when the General Manager is not on duty (or, y'know, all the time) Successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift Training, developing, and leading your team by example

Requirements:

At this time, this position is open only to applicants with some form of previous Jimmy John's experience.

•Locations applied to are not necessarily the location a candidate will train or ultimately be placed at. The official manager title and role will be decided following successful completion of training and subsequently the availability of a suitable position that fits within the agreed geographic area.
