Annual Job Summary:
Seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support clients and agents by managing personal lines accounts, providing coverage guidance, handling renewals, and delivering high quality customer service. Seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support clients and agents by managing personal lines accounts, providing coverage guidance, handling renewals, and delivering high quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare submissions and market new and renewal business to appropriate carriers Respond to day to day client inquiries and service issues Collect client exposures and provide coverage recommendations Maintain accurate and up to date information in the agency management system Coordinate with clients, vendors, and carriers to resolve issues Track and document open issues and provide status updates Quote, analyze, compare, and recommend coverage options Manage renewal timelines and ensure timely execution of client decisions Prepare insurance summaries, renewals, schedules, and proposals Review client contracts and policies for accuracy Support agents with new and renewal business presentations Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Educate clients on industry trends, issues, and changes Attend client meetings as required
Requirements:
3+ years of personal lines insurance experience Current Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty Resident Intermediary license Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history Knowledge of insurance products, rating, and underwriting procedures Practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and business skills Proficient computer skills Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and independently Strong attention to detail
