Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the front-end team, including cashiers, baggers and customer service associates, ensuring smooth operations throughout shifts Provide ongoing training and development to staff on POS systems, customer service techniques, sales strategies, and company policies Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and stock replenishment to optimize product presentation and availability Oversee cash handling procedures, and shift closing activities with precision and attention to detail Utilize management skills to handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts effectively, and foster a welcoming shopping environment Experience Proven supervisory experience in retail or customer service environments with a focus on front-end operations Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math for accurate cash handling and sales tracking Experience in managing retail sales teams within the retail industry with a focus on sales management, operational oversight, and merchandising strategies Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence Join us as a Front End Supervisor where your leadership fuels our success! Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
