Join Prewett Pest Control as a Scheduling & Customer Service & Specialist at our corporate hub, where you'll support service center operations and help serve customers throughout the East AL/ West GA area. This position requires someone who is customer-focused and has exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communicative skills. $40k - 50k (based on experience) Bonus/Commission opportunities include: Monthly Bonus Opportunities Annual Bonus Quarterly Promotion Incentives Sales Commissions Award trips/Recognition Advancement opportunities offered through the Prewett Development Program Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Retirement plan + employer matching Key Responsibilities Facilitate customer communications, including inbound customer calls, emails, or chats with professionalism and efficiency Schedule and manage service appointments for field service professionals with a prioritization of timeliness and route efficiency Assist existing customers with rescheduling of service appointments Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction Proactively identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services that add value Educate customers on available features, upgrades, or complementary offerings Achieve cross-sell and customer satisfaction targets Document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to stay informed on new offerings and promotions Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and customer benefits Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect on overdue accounts. Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing issues. Work collaboratively with the customer service and billing teams to resolve account issues. Meet or exceed individual and team collection targets. Provide regular updates to management regarding delinquent accounts and collection efforts. What skills and experience are required? High school diploma or equivalent Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task Strong problem-solving skills are required Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen What makes you stand out? Prior call center or office customer service and billing experience Experience in service-based routing, billing & collections, and appointment scheduling
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
