Overview Evolve Physical Therapy & Pilates is seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patient and clients, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience from the initial phone call through discharge. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a customer service environment, and take pride in staying organized and detail oriented. Health care experience is welcome but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Collet copays, balances, and payments Assist with patient registration and intake paperwork Verify insurance benefits and eligibility (training provided) Maintain accurate patient records within our electronic medical records system Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks Help create a positive and welcoming clinic environment Skills High School diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service attitude Basic computer proficiency Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, hospitality, banking, retail, or administration Medical Office experience Experience with scheduling software or electronic records systems Insurance verification or healthcare administrative experience Why Join Evolve?
