Assist customers and Representatives with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and returns. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers and Representatives. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions as appropriate. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. What You Bring Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with reps and cross-functional partners. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing approximately 30-50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and move with agility throughout the workday. Basic math skills to support inventory tracking, order verification, quantity counts, and shipping accuracy. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Schedule Full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Occasional overtime is required.
