Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our warehouse and office teams. This person will communicate with customers, assist with orders and shipments, and handle daily paperwork and data entry.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to customers, drivers, and visitors Answer phone calls and respond to emails Check drivers in and out throughout the day Print BOLs and outbound shipping documents Assign dock doors and collect shipment information Track loads and monitor inventory Enter data and complete daily reports Review invoices for accuracy and maintain client files Assist with customer orders and inventory questions Help resolve customer issues and communicate updates Prepare customer delivery reports Work closely with warehouse and corporate teams

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service experience Strong computer and data-entry skills Experience with Microsoft Office/Office 365 Strong communication and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive and dependable attitude Strong problem-solving skills Spanish is a plus (required in some locations) AS400 experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment

Pay:

From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
