We are a new, privately owned mixed animal veterinary hospital in Goshen, Arkansas, serving both small and large animal clients. Our hospital is being built from the ground up with a focus on providing excellent patient care while creating a positive, supportive workplace for our team. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Mixed Animal Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The Role As a CSR, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients and play an important role in keeping the hospital running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit veterinary team. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide friendly, professional customer service Answer phones, respond to client questions, and schedule appointments Check clients in and out and process payments Maintain accurate client and patient records Communicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians regarding patient needs Assist with prescription and medication requests Prepare estimates, invoices, and other client paperwork Coordinate appointments for both small and large animal patients Communicate with equine and livestock clients regarding appointments and services Assist with general administrative and front-office duties Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Provide compassionate and professional service during difficult situations Work as part of a team to support the overall operations of the hospital What We're Looking For Previous veterinary reception/CSR experience preferred, but not required Experience with horses, livestock, or mixed animal veterinary medicine is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable working with both small and large animal clients Basic computer skills and willingness to learn veterinary practice management software Why Join Us? 4-day, 10-hour workweek Weekdays only — no weekend shifts New, modern private veterinary hospital Opportunity to help build and shape a new practice Supportive team environment Competitive pay of $15-$20/hour based on experience Opportunity for growth as the hospital expands If you are looking for a veterinary position that offers a consistent weekday schedule, no weekends, and the opportunity to be part of a brand-new mixed animal practice, we would love to hear from you!
