Job Description You are getting closer to touching the sky! ✈️ We want you to be part of this exciting journey where you can grow and develop alongside a highly trained and diverse team that will help you continue overcoming obstacles and reach your destination. 🎯 Part-Time Temp Customer Service Agent - Guatemala In this role, you will perform and ensure excellence in service, providing prompt and timely assistance; in order to fulfill the duties and responsibilities established in the operational manuals and the Integrated Management System.
Specific functions:
Assist, guide, and direct the passenger at each point of contact, according to what is established in the procedures; in order to ensure that the operation of the flights is handled safely and thus achieve quality in service. Ensure excellent customer service in accordance with Hospitality behaviors. Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other colleagues, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations, performing the functions assigned to you; in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization. Promote and manage the sale of additional products and services ( ancillaries ), with the aim of contributing to the team's sales metrics and improving the passenger experience.
Requirements Academic background:
Technician or Professional in any field.
Work experience:
minimum of 6 months in customer service.
Requirements:
flexibility to work at the airport in rotating shifts
Language:
