This is not a car washing/detailing position . This role is focused on creating a great customer experience, keeping the location organized, handling front desk responsibilities, assisting with social media, and helping the day-to-day operation run smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through messages Collect and accurately enter customer information Process payments and transactions Answer incoming phone calls and customer questions Maintain a clean, organized, work area Post photos, videos, promotions, and updates on social media Capture simple social media content throughout the day Follow up with potential and existing customers when needed Handle customer concerns professionally and communicate issues to management Assist management with administrative tasks We want someone who is: Friendly and comfortable talking to people Outgoing with a positive attitude Professional and reliable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers Comfortable handling payments Comfortable using social media Able to take initiative without constantly being told what to do Coachable and willing to learn A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Preferred Experience Customer service, front desk, hospitality, retail, sales, or social media experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
