You will leverage analytics to identify opportunities, support cross-sell, and contribute to continuous improvement in a diverse, collaborative, and learning-focused culture. Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients. Understand client objectives and deliver tailored custody, investment, and data solutions. Monitor client activity, performance, and risk, escalating issues as needed. Coordinate with product, operations, risk, and technology teams to resolve complex client needs. Prepare and deliver client reviews, reporting, and strategic account plans. Support cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth and client retention. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk-management standards. Leverage data insights to enhance client service and coverage strategies. Contribute to process improvement and digital adoption for clients. Mentor junior team members and share best practices across global teams.
