Since 1968, we've built our reputation on prompt, reliable service and exceptional customer care. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher and help keep our operations running smoothly. Position Summary As the Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the communication hub for our field technicians. This position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while managing daily scheduling and office operations.
