Customer Service Representative (Tuesday-Saturday Schedule) We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily operations.

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday Responsibilities Answer and manage inbound customer phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Assist with accounts receivable tasks Build and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services Support additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred Friendly, professional personality with a willingness to learn Strong ability to build rapport with clients Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills
