Grace Rose Farm is seeking an organized, tech-savvy Customer Service and Operations Assistant to manage daily order workflows and internal support communications. This is a full-time, on-site role. You will support our customer service team by managing digital data platforms and ensuring accurate, clear communications to resolve customer needs.
Hours & Compensation Position Type :
Full-time, On-site. •
Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. •
Overtime :
Occasional overtime required based on business needs. •
Compensation :
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (aligned with local market averages and above California's $16.90 minimum wage). Key Responsibilities •
Internal Email Coordination :
Communicate clearly and professionally via email directly with our customer service team. •
Workflow Management :
Manage and organize daily workflows using Google Sheets and Gmail. •
Operational Multitasking :
Multitask efficiently to balance backend team support and operational tasks. Qualifications & Skills •
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required. •
Digital Literacy :
High level of computer literacy. •
Platform Efficiency :
Proficient with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Excel. •
Soft Skills :
Excellent written communication and organizational skills. •
Professional Experience :
Proven experience in internal support, administration, or multitasking. Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)
E-commerce Tools :
Experience with ShipStation and Shopify.
Language :
Bilingual Spanish language skills.
