Location:
Foster City, CA This is a Full-Time Non-Exempt position.. Summary As a CSR Customer Service Representative in Home Healthcare, you will be the frontline of our organization, providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. With core skills in English, computer skills, and data entry, you will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records. Your premium skills in medical terminology will be valuable in assisting a diverse patient population. Relevant skills in medical office experience and analysis will support your role in ensuring efficient operations and quality care delivery. Responsibilities:
Implements CHME's Mission Statement. Professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer service. Responsible for assuring the quality of order that will meet company criteria for service and reimbursement. Ensures orders meet guidelines; Medicare, Medi-Cal and other contracted payers associated with CHME. Supports other department's with strong communication skills Reviews open order reports. Participates in ongoing education and training. Responds to customer service complaints, tracks and reports to CQI. All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-cal and private insurance is highly desired. Bilingual a plus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School or college education preferred, experience in HME industry preferred and or at least 1 year of customer service history. Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurance is highly desired. Bilingual is a plus. Brightree software experience is a plus!
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing and system software. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
