Duties and Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, text, and email channels Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and offer thoughtful solutions Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Utilize resources to provide advanced product support Join team huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support Demonstrate self-awareness and openness to feedback Scope Staff supervision and development:

Call Center The anticipated rate for this position is up to $21.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as early access to pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 120 hours per year and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
