WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome customers and make every service visit a great experience. Listen to customer concerns, write accurate repair orders, and recommend appropriate services. Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly. Work closely with our technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Build lasting customer relationships through trust, transparency, and exceptional service. Help drive service department growth through customer satisfaction, retention, and sales performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

An upbeat, positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced dealership. The ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships. Automotive dealership service advisor experience preferred. Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is a plus. A team player who wants to grow professionally and contribute to a winning culture.
