Salary Range:

$51,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

With Life/Health license to quickly follow. Preferred Active California Property & Casualty license Active Life & Health license or securities licenses (Series 6, 63, or similar) Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or client-facing sales Bilingual in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree New to the industry? Responsibilities Serve as a trusted insurance and financial consultant to clients by understanding each client's life, family, and goals Meet with clients to conduct coverage reviews and identify gaps in protection Explain coverage options clearly so clients can make confident decisions Build long-term client relationships and support them through life changes, such as new homes, new drivers, new businesses, growing families, and retirement Identify client needs for life insurance, retirement planning, and investments Partner with our financial services team to help clients take action Guide clients through the claims process with care and timely follow-up About Us Improving our client's lives one conversation at a time.
