We are a small animal practice in Pacific Grove. Experience in veterinary medicine is required. Salaries are commensurate with experience, health benefits, a 401K with an employer match, and paid time off will be offered for full-time employees. We are looking for a team player to add to our staff, good communicator, thorough and detail-oriented, and reliability is a MUST . Job Duties Include but are not limited:

• Greet incoming clients and pets
• Check in appointments/updating information
• Weigh and room patients
• Enter invoices and process client payments.
• Discuss medication instructions with clients
• Receive all incoming calls.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Educate clients regarding pet health care.
• Prepare and maintain medical records.
• Copy, email and manage medical records
• Promote hospital products and services
• Keep Reception Area and all exam rooms clean
