Duties:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them Transmit customer requests to the appropriate service technician or department Provide estimates for tire services, brake repairs, brake services, suspension repairs, shocks and struts replacements, etc. Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Handle cash transactions and process payments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:
