Job Description

Looking for a fun and rewarding job by the beach? Join our team in beautiful downtown Pismo Beach! We're seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to help serve up smiles and sweet treats in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is for a shift lead, so prior experience is highly preferred. Candidates with availability for some morning shifts (9:30am-3pm) on weekdays will be considered first. Therefore, high school students will not be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Scoop and serve delicious ice cream to customers Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Cutting fruit; restock toppings, supplies, and other inventory as needed Work efficiently during peak hours while ensuring a great customer experience Opening/closing the store

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to thrive in a team setting and take direction well Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays Can obtain a food handler's certificate upon hire Why Join Us?
