Availability of 30-40 hours per week is required. Weekend availability (both Saturday and Sunday) is required. You will be scheduled for at least 8 hours on the weekend. General operating hours are Monday-Sunday, 9:00AM-5:30PM. On certain weekdays, depending on business needs, we may open as early as 5:00 AM or close as late as 8:30 PM. Must be available on Monday 12/14 for New Hire Orientation. We are closed on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 and 1/1.

$20.00/hour Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Intern to join our team at Ao Dai by Cute Sass in Placentia, California. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates interested in gaining real-world experience in customer service within the fashion industry. The intern will assist with customer inquiries, facilitate order pickups, and support fulfillment operations. Responsibilities Answer and resolve customer inquiries via email, Etsy, and live chat with a high degree of courtesy and professionalism. Facilitate the pickup of orders from our location by coordinating with customers and ensuring a smooth process. Assist with the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping orders. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and any changes or delays. Contribute to improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer interactions and potential improvements. Education and Experience Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Retail Management, or a related field. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related roles is highly preferred. Strong team player. Strong interest in Vietnamese culture and the promotion of culturally significant attire. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple platforms including email, in person, and live chat. Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Conversational proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs for order fulfillment and other operational tasks to understand the company and products.
