The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides information and solutions in response to inquiries pertaining to products, services and/or customer complaints. Duties may include, but are not limited to, accessing databases to retrieve and/or record information such as customer complaints or orders; responding to customer complaints or inquiries; taking orders for products or merchandise; calculating charges; processing billing or payments; processing customer claims; handling returns, refunds, and exchanges; keeping records of customer interactions; and updating customer account information. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal.
Develop and Implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service.
Oversee the administrative services, distribution, storage and disposal of supplies, including surplus and unclaimed property, in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Coordinate the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization.
Collaborate with leaders supporting mission objectives while delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Good communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior levels of management.
Here's What You'll Need:
Demonstrated leadership experience in administrative or operations management. Strong work ethics, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to evolving priorities and complex challenges. 10 years of professional experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Active Secret clearance (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Highly Preferred:
Master's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
