Full job description Marc One Numismatics is looking for the right person to join our team. Whether you're answering phones, helping customers at the front counter, or learning about rare coins and precious metals, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service. This position may begin with answering customer phone calls and administrative support but has the opportunity to grow into a full front-counter sales and customer service position. We're looking for someone who has: Experience working under tight deadlines and high stress A positive, professional attitude Strong reliability and punctuality Exceptional attention to detail The ability to learn quickly and adapt Confidence interacting and communicating with customers Responsibilities may include: Answering incoming Phone calls Greeting customers Assisting customers at the sales counter Learning basic numismatic products and services Keeping the showroom organized General office support Experience in coins or precious metals is not required. We can teach the industry and skills. What we can't teach is character, great attitude, and a willingness to learn.
