Daily Duties:

Daily Duties Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values Open and/or close the facility Print class rosters Stock snack bar, retail merchandise, office forms and supplies, and any promotional materials Perform all duties as outlined on the Swim School Daily Task List Welcome families into the facility and say goodbye Answer phones with the proper Aqua-Tots Swim Schools greeting Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers Provide information about our facilities, curriculum, and features Effectively utilize POS and communication platforms Manage class attendance and schedule make-up lessons Sell swimming lessons and related swimming merchandise Register new and/or returning customers Completes Daily Sales Tracker Ensure that families have a swim waiver signed Give facility tours to new and existing customers Perform 10-minute check-in with all new families Prepare Welcome packets and bags for new families Ensure facility safety and cleanliness Interact with families to build a relationship with our customers Handle customer concerns and/or report to the General Manager Assist with the student graduation process Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings Front Desk Staff Certification Requirements Aqua-Tots Front Desk Staff (AT- FDS) Certificate of Completion CPR and First Aid Certifications - Aqua-Tots will train you Minimum Qualifications Reliable transportation to work Open availability
