Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction. Maintaining and updating customer records accurately. Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions. Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies. Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall customer service process. Maintaining a professional, patient, and polite attitude when interacting with customers. Requirements 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing Bachelor's Degree Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Required Work Hours The position requires working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite in Solana Beach. Pay The pay range is $22 to $26 per hour.
