Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service / Printing Services -- Mixed Role. This position combines front-facing customer service responsibilities with technical printing and production duties. The ideal candidate will excel in providing outstanding client support while demonstrating proficiency in various printing processes and equipment operation to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow. Responsibilities Assist customers with their shipping & printing needs, providing expert guidance on product options and technical specifications Operate large-format printers, digital presses, and screen printing equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols Interpret production documents accurately to facilitate smooth manufacturing workflows Perform machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting for industrial equipment including flexo presses and prepress software systems Execute finishing tasks such as cutting, paper binding, layout design, and typography adjustments to meet project specifications Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to maintain high standards of print advertising materials Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to prepare files for printing Support prepress activities including file preparation, proofing, and ensuring compatibility with various printing technologies Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines Qualifications Proven experience in print production environments with knowledge of large-format printers, digital printing, screen printing, and industrial equipment operation Strong understanding of color management principles and graphic design fundamentals Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator). Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery.
