Details:

Part time position with hours ranging from 15-20 per week. Must be able to rotate weekends and holidays.

• Weekend hourly rate is $1 more

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store appearance and upkeep
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:

• Previous experience in wireless sales or technology sales is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Customer service
• Phone etiquette and communication skills
