Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries both in-store and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Promote products through product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the yard is clean, safe, and well-maintained for customer convenience Assist with merchandising efforts to display products attractively and according to company standards Support yard operations by helping load/unload items, organize inventory, and ensure safety protocols are followed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, guiding product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills Ability be on your feet for 9 hours a day. Ability to lift 80lbs Supervising experience or ability to oversee store sections or yard areas effectively Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory management Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
