Inside Sales & Customer Support Rep (Paid Training + Commission)
Pay:
$18.00 + Uncapped Commission & Spiffs Expected First-Year Earnings with commissions can be $48,000 - $55,000. YOUR hard work pays off immediately!
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)

We are hiring a Customer Account and Service Representative to manage existing client accounts, follow up on incoming leads, and help local business owners find the right solutions. No cold-calling experience? No problem - we provide paid, structured sales training.
What You'll Do:
Connect with existing and prospective business clients via phone, chat and email. Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and product recommendations. Manage incoming leads and follow up to build long-term local business relationships. Participate in ongoing product and sales training to boost your commission earnings.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Retail, Reservations or anything related to customer service or sales.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills with a professional demeanor.
Tech Skills:
Comfortable using basic email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
Reliability:
Punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward weekly goals.
What We Offer:
Guaranteed Base Pay:
$18.00 to $20.00/hr starting base plus commissions and spiffs on immediate sales!
Uncapped Earnings:
Monthly commission, performance spiffs, and year-end bonuses.
Great Schedule:
Steady 8-5 hours, 1-hour lunch break, weekends off.
