Hometown Heating, a division of Santoro Oil, is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Support Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on HVAC dispatch experience and understands the fast-paced nature HVAC service. You'll be responsible for coordinating technicians, communicating with customers, scheduling service calls, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently Schedule and coordinate service calls, maintenance appointments, and follow-ups Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff by phone, text, and email Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and scheduling changes Monitor technician schedules and job progress throughout the day Coordinate emergency and priority service calls Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information Work closely with technicians, management, and office staff Help resolve customer concerns and scheduling issues professionally Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC dispatch experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC service operations and terminology Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable handling high call volume and changing schedules Experience with HVAC dispatch/service software is a plus Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Must be available for a rotating Saturday coverage schedule. 8 AM-12 PM during the busy season, November- April.
