Job Description

A&L Tree Experts is a fast paced residential tree service company located in Madison, CT. We are seeking an office assistant to join our small but mighty customer-focused team. This position is hybrid.

Looking for:

a detail-oriented individual with skills in customer service. Willing to train the right candidate.

Duties:

Field and make phone calls to customers Schedule appointments for estimates Handle general email correspondence Provide quality customer service Data entry into CRM File and organize paperwork Additional tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma, some college preferred Ability to effectively communicate with crew, customers and management

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
