Pay Range:

$50,000 - $70,000 a year About the Role Are you an energetic communicator looking to kickstart a rewarding career in client relations and business growth? We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients, helping them understand how our solutions can meet their needs. You don't need years of sales experience—we provide full, structured training. We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, high drive, and a passion for helping people.

What You'll Do Build Relationships:

Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and understand their goals.

Consult & Educate:

Lead client discovery discussions to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions through direct presentations.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.

Collaborate:

Work alongside senior account team members to transition qualified accounts smoothly.

Continuous Growth:

Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to build your communication and professional skills.

What We're Looking For Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and active motor vehicle insurance.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication with an ability to connect with diverse personalities.

Growth Mindset:

High energy, coachable, and eager to learn a professional career path.

Problem Solver:

A genuine interest in understanding client challenges and guiding them toward effective solutions.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating basic computer programs, software, and learning new tools quickly.

Education:
