What You'll Do as an Entry Level AT&T Assistant Speak with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T wireless products, services, and current promotions. Build positive relationships through friendly, professional conversations that create a comfortable customer experience. Learn about each customer's communication needs and recommend wireless plans, devices, and features that best fit their lifestyle. Explain products, pricing, and promotions in a clear, straightforward way while answering questions with confidence. Guide customers through new account enrollments, service activations, upgrades, and account changes. Accurately complete customer applications, documentation, and account information. Collaborate with your team to meet individual and company sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to expand your sales and product knowledge. Qualifications We Value in an Entry Level AT&T Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. A customer-first mindset and passion for helping others. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required, we provide comprehensive training. Pay:
