• Manufacturing A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and sales to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare quotes and maintain accurate customer records.
• Build strong, long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or corrugated packaging is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
