Customer Service Representative Pay:

In person Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South Central Connecticut is seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our busy 24/7 plumbing and drain service team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior dispatching and ServiceTitan experience are required. Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
• Schedule and prioritize service calls, including emergencies
• Communicate schedule changes and job information with technicians
• Maintain accurate customer, job, and dispatch information in ServiceTitan
• Assist with daily scheduling and dispatch adjustments Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience required
• ServiceTitan experience required
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
• Plumbing or home-service industry experience preferred Benefits
