We are seeking for a Licensed 440 or 220 Insurance Sales Agent to join our team! We are also willing to pay for licensing for the appropriate applicant. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for existing Personal Lines Customers. Also, responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. The goal is to build strong positive relationships and ensure continued growth of our Independent Insurance Agency.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. Resolve client inquiries and complaints. Comply with insurance standards and regulations. Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients. Building positive relationships with new and affiliated insurance companies Processing Policy renewals, endorsements, and payments with various insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

Has 2 years of experience as an Insurance Sales Agent/Representative; customer service, or other related fields (HIGHLY

PREFERRED

but not required). Proficient in English & Spanish (HIGHLY

PREFERRED

). Licensed 220 or 440 Insurance Licensed (HIGHLY

PREFERRED

but not required). Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask; fast-paced and works well under pressure. Ability to be a self-starter/self-motivated worker.

Company/Job Overview:

Full-time (40 hours a week), which could require additional hours of work when needed. Salary role plus bonus incentive pay. Competitive Paid Time Off Plan (PTO). Profit Sharing end-of-year bonus. Weekly payroll process. Monthly sales bonuses.
