Source the Right Vendor FAST — No Hours of Searching Quickly identify the best partner for each promo or apparel order (pens, bags, mugs, USB drives, pins, etc.). Maintain a curated list of reliable vendors so you can quote in minutes, not hours. Understand vendor strengths, turnaround times, and pricing structures. 2. Provide Customers With Fewer, Smarter Options Avoid overwhelming customers — present 2-3 ideal options that match their budget, timeline, and brand. Guide customers toward fast decisions and profitable products. Use your product knowledge to simplify choices and accelerate sales. 3. Manage Apparel Orders With Production Awareness Understand embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG), and heat transfer workflows. Know how to quote small in-house apparel jobs accurately. Identify when a job should be produced internally vs. outsourced. 4. Quote Promo & Apparel Jobs Accurately and Quickly Build quotes that reflect real costs, vendor pricing, and margin targets. Understand how small orders (e.g., 300 pens for $150) impact profitability and workflow. Ensure quotes are competitive while protecting margins. 5. Keep the Promo & Apparel Sales Funnel Moving Track all apparel and promo opportunities in the sales funnel. Prioritize ideal customers and ideal orders to hit daily sales targets. Follow up on quotes, warm leads, and open opportunities with clarity and professionalism. What You Bring to the

Table Experience:

2-4 years in apparel decoration, promotional products, or vendor sourcing.

Vendor Knowledge:

You know where to find pens, mugs, shirts, bags, USB drives — fast.

Production Awareness:

Understanding of embroidery, DTG, and apparel decoration methods.

Speed & Accuracy:

You move quickly without sacrificing detail.

Business Awareness:

You understand pricing, margins, and customer value.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable with computers; experience with SAGE, ASI, or similar platforms is a plus.

Reliability:

You thrive in a deadline-driven environment and take ownership of outcomes. Physical Requirements Ability to stand/move for long periods and safely lift boxes/packages up to 35 lbs (occasionally).
