We're seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Phone Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue delivering top-notch support to our customers. Requirements Manage large amount of incoming calls Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Answer questions about product Review and process customer returns Check customer returns for damage and add to inventory as needed Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not mandatory Must be able to lift or carry up to 25 pounds Must be able to bend, push and stand occasionally And other duties as assigned Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
