Job Description
Serve as the link between customers, technicians, and management throughout equipment service and repair. Document repair needs, prepare estimates, obtain approvals, coordinate work, provide updates, manage repair orders, and support warranty documentation using dealership systems. Responsibilities Greet customers and identify equipment service, maintenance, and repair needs. Create detailed repair orders and maintain accurate customer, equipment, and repair records. Prepare estimates, obtain customer approvals, and communicate costs, parts availability, and timelines. Coordinate inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs with technicians. Provide repair updates and monitor open orders to keep work progressing. Assist with warranty claims and equipment coordination when needed.
