Summary Our firm is looking for customer service professionals who are passionate about helping people and dedicated to providing a first-class customer experience. It is imperative that these associates portray empathy and kindness to our clients. The Compliance Department is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime during those business hours. This position will be $18.00/hour and after 90 days of employment you will receive a $250 sign-on bonus! Responsibilities
- Accepting inbound calls and placing outbound calls.
- Gather medical treatment documentation.
- File review and analysis identifying actionable tasks to build medical documentation.
- Communicate with medical providers to confirm and/or follow up on client treatment.
- Communicate with existing clients to gather treatment details.
- Enter information in the applicable system/software with accuracy.
- Compose email correspondence to providers, and legal staff.
- Work with leadership and other team members to deliver high quality service and great working environment.
