We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our West Palm Beach location. This is a hybrid office and warehouse position. The employee will spend part of the day assisting customers, answering phones, entering orders, and working at the front counter, while also regularly going into the warehouse to locate, pick, and prepare customer orders. This is not a strictly desk-based customer service position. Candidates should be comfortable moving between the office, front counter, and warehouse throughout the day. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product and order questions Enter customer orders accurately into the computer system Assist walk-in customers at the front counter Process customer purchases and prepare orders for pickup Check product availability and assist customers with locating items Pick customer orders from warehouse inventory Bring orders to the front counter or customer vehicles when necessary Verify picked orders for accuracy Communicate with warehouse and office staff regarding customer orders Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise when needed Maintain an organized and professional front counter area Follow up on customer orders, backorders, and product availability Assist with basic inventory-related questions and discrepancies Learn the company's products in order to better assist customers Handle multiple customers, phone calls, and orders during busy periods Perform other general office and warehouse duties as needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly with customers, accurate with order entry, comfortable working on a computer, and willing to step into the warehouse to get the job done. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of customer requests rather than simply passing them along to someone else.
