Available Positions & Schedules We are hiring for two part-time positions at our Niceville, FL office:

Morning Shift:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00

PM Afternoon Shift:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-5:00

PM Schedule:

20 hours per week, with holiday exceptions

After 90 days of successful employment, hybrid work flexibility may become available based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist families with questions in a friendly, professional manner.

Tutor Matching:

Collaborate with our administrative team to match students and families with the right tutors based on their needs.

Digital Product Support:

Help customers with questions, purchases, and access to our online courses, study guides, and digital educational products.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our Niceville Tutoring administrative and sales teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Customer Management:

Maintain accurate customer information, track inquiries, and update records using our CRM and other systems.

Technology & Innovation:

Learn and utilize new technology, including AI-powered tools, to improve efficiency and customer support. What We're Looking For Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable answering phone calls and communicating directly with customers. Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems, software, and AI tools. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and with a team. Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to grow with a company.
