Location South LeJeune Road Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 45216.59 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 75247.91 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications One year of experience as a Miami-Dade County Customer Service Representative 1; or high school diploma or GED, and two years of experience performing customer service functions are required. Recruitment Notes This position entails substantial public contact of complex inquiries from customers by walk-in, telephone, and email. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for processing new customer accounts, collecting fees, scheduling meter requests, and other transactions.
